Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:

I hereby acknowledge and understand that my participation in the Being Human educational hiking experience involves certain inherent risks and dangers. These may include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, uneven terrain, exposure to outdoor elements, wildlife encounters, and other factors associated with outdoor activities.

I understand that while Being Human takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of its participants, no outdoor activity is entirely without risk. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to exercise care and caution while participating in the hike and follow all safety guidelines provided by the company.

I release, waive, and discharge Being Human, its employees, guides, and any associated individuals or organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, which may arise out of or be related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that I may sustain while participating in the Being Human educational hiking experience. This release includes claims for the company's own negligence, as well as the negligence of others.

Photography and Image Release:
I understand that Being Human may capture and use photographs or images of participants during the hike for promotional or educational purposes. I grant Being Human the right to use my name and likeness in such materials without compensation.

Assurance of Fitness:
I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently prepared to participate in the Being Human educational hiking experience. I have not been advised against participating by a medical professional.

Emergency Authorization:
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Being Human to seek and provide medical treatment as they deem necessary for my well-being. I understand that I will be responsible for any associated medical expenses.

Acknowledgment:
I have read this indemnity form and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that my participation in the Being Human educational hiking experience is voluntary, and I sign this document of my own free will.
